    Membership Agreement for Pledges

    The requirements to be initiated are:
    Ø Completed application with all required elements
    Ø Minimum Overall and Science GPA of 3.2
    Ø Attendance at all meetings and election day
    Ø Attendance at the overnight campout
    Ø Attendance at two social events
    Ø 15 Volunteer hours (8 must be AED hours)
    Ø $50 national dues
    Ø $40 local dues
    Ø Attendance at banquet

    I understand that if these requirements are not met this semester, dues can be held one additional semester so that I may pledge a second time at no extra cost. I understand that dues cannot be refunded.
