Renewing old and forging new friendships are probably reasons enough
to attend. However, for those who desire more, read the following.

| 1. Prepare a poster to highlight your chapter's activities and
successes over the past year. The best two posters will be awarded
prizes. |
| 2. Select 4-5 best pictures from your chapter
over the past year. Pictures that give a glimpse of your chapter and
highlights its best moments over the year. Email the pictures, each
with a 1-2 line caption by May 1st to Nishant. |
| 3. Any products (buttons, tote bags, mugs, t-shirts),
posters/pamphlets, fliers, calendars, greeting cards or chapter specific
newsletters. Contact information of the creative volunteers in your
chapter will be useful to other chapters. |
| 4. Newsletter commitee (Vijay Narayanan) should
bring copies of all newsletters printed last year. |
| 5. Bring any petition letters that you want to have signed. |

| This is a zero waste conference. No plastic and only recycled
paper will be used. |
| 1. Please pack eating utensils
as none will be provided at the venue. A plate, bowl, spoon and a
glass/mug are recommended. |
| 2. Get a notebook or a laptop to take notes. |
| 3. A sleeping bag or a light blanket will be appreciated by your
host. |
| 4. Go through the reading
list to educate yourself on the sessions and speakers. |
| 5. It is expected to be sunny and warm. So pack
accordingly. It might get a little cold indoors in the evenings, so
a light jacket or a sweatshirt will come in handy. |
