Is your
computer feeling neglected?
Then
give it a new home.

Digital Divide is a serious issue, especially
in India. Association for India's Development (AID) in Austin
encourages you to donate your old computer to its annual computer
drive to promote digital literacy in India. AID is partnering
with Tamil Nadu Science Forum (TNSF) to provide computer access
to public schools in Tamil Nadu. In the past couple of years
we have sent over 50 computers to schools in Chennai, Pune
and Mumbai. We have partnered with TNSF for an ambitious macro-level
program in over 4000 villages called the Hundred
Block Plan. |
