Madhulika volunteered with AID Austin chapter for more than two years (2002-2004). She studied in BITS Pilani(1997-2001) and after finishing her under grad there, she came to U.T Austin for doing M.S. It is during that time she came in contact with AID Austin chapter and got actively involved with Austin chapter's work. Madhulika coordinated few projects, participated in the Narmada and Bhopal campaigns, and served as OPC for Austin chapter for one year.

After working for more than one year for a company in Fortworth, TX she decided to leave to India to do social work full time. She interned with Sahyog, lucknow for 2.5 months where she did a study on legal framework dealing with Unorganized Worker's Rights. Later volunteered with AID Chennai helping with the revamped HBP planning. Madhulika is currently living in Rajasthan, Chittorgarh district volunteering with Mazdoor Kisan Sangatan and Lok Shikshan Sansthan(LSS) . She is actively involved in the BPL (Below Poverty Line) Campaign and protecting the Rights of Bheels(a backward tribe) in a village called Beeladi. more...
