2008年秋のBBQ & 総会のお知らせ
AJAでは、2008年秋のBBQを下記の通り開催します。
この機会にAustin在住の日本人ネットワークを是非広げましょう。
奮ってご参加ください。
日時： 10月25日（土） 正午から
場所： Northwest District Park, Picnic Area C

参加費：
会員 無料 （ビール実費）
非会員 $10/人（学部生以下の学生の方は$5/人）
ご参加の方はこちらからお申し込みください。
（お名前、e-mailアドレス、参加される人数に加え、”Add a Comment”欄に電話番号のご記入をお願いします。）
※お申し込み無しでの当日ご参加も大歓迎ですが、飲食物手配の関係上人数を把握したいと思いますので、10/15（水）までにお申し込みいただけると助かります。
AJA 2008 Fall BBQ & General Meeting
Austin Japan Association (AJA) is holding a BBQ party & Annual General Meeting on Saturday, October 25th, in Northwest District Park.
Please come to join us, and have a great time with your family and friends!
The details are as follows:
1) Date: Saturday, October 25, 2008
2) Time: 12 pm (noon)
3) Place: Northwest District Park (Picnic Area C)
7000 Ardath St, Austin, TX 78757 (Map)
4) Fees:
AJA members – Free (Nominal cost may be charged for beer)
Non-AJA members -- $10/person ($5/person for students belonging to undergrad or lower grades)
If you are joining this event, please give us your response here by Oct 15.
On the registration page, please enter your name, e-mail address and number of guests (incl. you and guests accompanying with you, i.e. family members or friends) in the prescribed spaces, and phone number in the “Add a Comment” field.
Though we will also welcome your attendance without notice, your registration will really help us to estimate the amount of food and drink to satisfy all the participants in this event.
2008-2009年度入会、更新受付のお知らせ
10/25（土）に予定しておりますBBQ & 総会の際、2008-2009年度AJA会員様の入会並びに登録の更新を承ります。更新ご希望の方は申込書に必要事項をご記入の上、所定の年会費と一緒にイベント当日お持ちいただき、担当の事務局員にお渡しください。

At the time AJA Fall BBQ held on Oct 25, we will accept your application for 2008-2009 annual membership.
Please fill up the application form and bring it with the annual member fee prescribed in the “Membership” page.
