In case you didn't know, A.L.A.S. is an
International/Cultural Organization
Our main purpose is
to promote social and cultural interaction within the
Latin American community in Austin.
Our Membership is open to all
students, faculty, or staff at The
University of Texas at Austin. All you have to do is pay
a membership fee of $15 for the semester or $25 for the whole school year
(from 09/01/98 to 09/01/99) that includes Summer!
If you are wondering about what our main events
are,
they're mostly Social and cultural activities.
Check our EVENTS page to keep yourself up to date on all of A.L.A.S. activities planned for the week, and remember that college is half studying hard and half being relaxed and having fun.
