Invitations to students eligible in Spring 2012 were sent by email from the University Honors Center on Tuesday, February 7, 2012. Reminder invitations were also sent to students invited to join in Fall 2011.
Students who believe they are eligible but did not receive an invitation should visit the University Honors Center ALDPES FAQ.
Two information sessions for newly invited students will be held:
Friday, [Feb 10th] from 3-3:30pm in SSB G1.104
Monday, [Feb 13th] from 4-4:30pm in SSB 3.406
The deadline to join before the Spring Induction ceremony is Wednesday, [Mar 21] 2012.
The deadline to join for the 2011-20122 academic year is Monday, April 23, 2011.
To stay current with ALDPES, the next steps for new members are:
1) Please check the "FAQ" for questions about: "eligibility", "transfer memberships", and "membership petitions".
2) Subscribe your email to our Listserv to receive ALDPES emails
3) Pick up your pins and shirts ($10) at office hours. Certificates will be available in Fall 2013 at office hours.
4) Stay up-to-date with our Calendar and sign up for events!

Induction Ceremony Information
Where: The induction ceremony will be held in the Frank Erwin Center (map).
When:
Dress: Dressy casual, sunday best, snappy casual, etc.
Parking: Members and families will park at a lot next to the Frank Erwin Center. You will need to check in at the lobby of the Frank Erwin Center before taking your seats.
RSVP: RSVP with the link given in your invitation. Regardless of if you are bringing guests, you must register for the induction ceremony, which you may have already done when you paid your membership dues. Remember to include yourself and your guests in the total.
Please remember that the ceremony is not mandatory, but just a nice opportunity to celebrate your accomplishments.
