The UT Archery club competes nationally under the rules of the United States Collegiate Archery Association (USCA) and the United States Archery Association (USAA). The club is open to recurve bows and compound bows less than 60 lbs.

We meet every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Anna Hiss Gymnasium. The archery range is in the basement on the north side of the building. In the Spring we also set up practice times at the outdoor archery range at Whitaker Fields

Currently enrolled UT students and Faculty/Staff that are current RecSports members are eligible to join the club. Membership dues are $50 per semester or $75 per year. No experience required. We have access to equipment that can be used by beginning archers. However, we only accept beginning archers through the 4th week of the Fall and Spring semesters. This is so we have time to focus on training new archers without having a steady stream of beginners coming in.

If you are an experienced archer or just would like to try it out, please come by and visit.

For the Fall Semester we will not be accepting Beginners after September 29th, 2011. Only experienced archers (summer camp does not count) will be allowed to join. This is so that we have adequate time to train the new archers.
