Welcome to Alternative Spring Break Texas
Alternative Spring Break (ASB) trips send participants to unique locations around the country and immerse them in a purposeful week-long service experience. The trips are meant to be beneficial to both the community served and the participant. Most of your time is spent volunteering, but part is also spent sight-seeing, exploring, and interacting with the local community. Trips in the past varied from tutoring kids in the Southern Ute Indian Tribe to participating in Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts to Colorado Plateau restoration work. Many former participants swear by the trips and eagerly look forward to their next ASB adventure!
Important Announcements/Dates:
All trips are full. If you would like to turn in a $50 deposit to get on a waitlist however, please come to the times listed on the home page and fill out an application, avaliable until Tuesday, February 19th.
