UTBC
is a student organization promoting badminton. Our
club members range from some intermediate to really
advanced players. We participate in various tournaments
throughout Texas. While we do not have any coaches,
we are always willing to initiate new people to
this wonderful sport; so come on down and give it
a shot!
Equipment:
feather shuttle-cocks are supplied from membership
dues for all practice sessions. While it is advisable
to get your own racquets, they may also be checked
out from Belmont (BEL) level 9 by presenting your
UT picture ID.
If
you would like to join the club, just show up for
any of our scheduled practices.

Ticket Jones is a proud sponsor of the University of Texas Badminton
Club. We handle a variety of sporting event tickets including the NCAA
Final Four, NHL Hockey, and the Super Bowl. Our packages such as theatre
performances and concerts can be ordered world-wide. Domestic events
center around football games, (college football and NFL), US Open
Tennis, and college bowl games. Internationally we focus on soccer and
the China Olympics. Local favorite teams include the Dallas Cowboys,
Houston Astros, Texas Longhorns, and the Dallas Mavericks. Tour packages
are available for the Pro Bowl, MLB Baseball, exciting NFR and PBR rodeo
events, Tennis, Formula One races and all NBA games.
