INFORMATION FOR EVERYONE

Welcome! And please checkin at our meeting. When you attend a meeting your first thought should be "where is the Secretary Officer." Remember to Check in with one of the officers at the door(Pledge, Second-Semester Pledge, or Active) at meetings. If you’re not sure which one you are, check out the descriptions below.

TO CHECK YOUR STATUS:
- Go to the website (www.utbbb.org) and click the ***Member Status*** link that is on the left hand side under ANNOUNCEMENTS.
- It will take you to a Google document. Click your classification on the bottom (Pledge, Second-Semester Pledge, or Active), and find your name!
- Please allow some time for officers to get me sign-in info, but it should be up within a week of the event (and even sooner when we’re getting near the end of the semester).

TO FIND OUT ABOUT EVENTS:
- Attend meetings, where they will be announced, or check the calendar on the website.

What are Extras?
Extras are events that make up for missed Meetings, Socials, and Volunteer Events. They DO NOT make up for Fundraisers. They will be announced throughout the semester, and are usually lectures that we can attend together or donation opportunities for good causes.
