This year BESO will have a new mentor program for members of BESO.

Each BESO member will be assigned to an officer for extra support and social acitivities. The mentees will be placed randomly with a mentor.

The purpose of the program is to promote the community within BESO.

We hope that this mentor program will allow members to feel more connected to BESO.

Mentors will coordinate extra social activities for the mentees. These activities are optional and intended to connect the members to a smaller group and help members feel like they can share or express things on a one on one level or within the smaller groups.
