It’s Monday again. Your watch says 2:50 P.M. As you cross 21st St. and Speedway, hundreds of nameless faces scurry past you on their way to class. At UT, in a self-sufficient community of 52,000 students, it’s easy to overlook what’s beyond the 40 Acres.

Last year, the CBS "Remix" Talent Show attracted a crowd over 1,400. Remix offered a diverse blend of acts including traditional cultural dances, Greek step shows, a monologue, and much more. It was the first time that CBS (now AACM) partnered with other organizations in the annual talent show.

John 1:35-46
The next day John was there again with two of his disciples. When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, "Look, the Lamb of God!"

When the two disciples heard him say this, they followed Jesus. Turning around, Jesus saw them following and asked, "What do you want?"

They said, "Rabbi" (which means Teacher), "where are you staying?"

"Come," he replied, "and you will see."

So they went and saw where he was staying, and spent that day with him. It was about the tenth hour.

Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, was one of the two who heard what John had said and who had followed Jesus. Read more >>
