Programs Team rocks socks
Programs Team takes charge of ensuring an audially and visually pleasant large group experience. We're often thought of as “the ones working behind the scenes,” but there are also roles in Programs Team outside of the production aspects. Each week, Programs Team handles setting up and tearing down the audio equipment and connections necessary for the slide presentations and running these elements during the large group meeting. Programs Team also includes the emcees who give the announcements and keep things going during transitions in the program.
We meet once a week to discuss these roles as well as plan short segments that are occasionally necessary for the large group program, such as icebreaker games or special programs that occur periodically (e.g. skit night, missions conference). Programs Team typically meets every Tuesday at 8:30 PM at the Jester 2nd Floor Piano Lounge (meetings are subject to change based on large group plans). We always welcome new ideas and an extra hand with things, so if you'd be interested in helping out in any of these roles, please contact Alex Yeh.
