Witnessing & Missionary Tactics.

Many Missionaries are well trained to ease into a discussion about J.c. ,they know that if they come straight out and discuss Jesus Christ(YS), they will immediately be rejected. Instead of a frontal assault they will ask questions specifically designed to set the stage for a conversion discussion. It is important to know early in a discussion that someone is trying to convert you, so that you can immediately end the discussion or prepare to respond. If someone asks you any or all of these questions, you know they are trying to convert you.

"Now that there are no more sacrifices, how do you have your sins forgiven?" One of the first lines of an attack by some missionaries is to scare you into converting by threatening eternal damnation.

"Do you read the Bible?" or "Have you ever read the prophets?" These are set up questions, for them to show their 'knowledge' of scripture and to begin discussing messianic prophecies.

"Who do you think the prophets(i.e. Isaiah) were talking about?" This question will lead directly into a quotation from Tanach to showing how J.c(HV) fulfilled them.

"Do you have a personal relationship with G-d?" Christians believe that sins separate man from G-d and that there is no way for us to return, accept through faith in J.c(HV)

"Do you believe in Yeshua Ha Mashiach?" This is the Hebrew version of Jesus Christ. In an attempt to make Jews more comfortable with J.c, Missionaries will try to use Hebrew and Jewish terms.

"Are you happy with your life?" Christians missionaries seek out individuals in trouble or those who are weak in order to catch them with their defenses down.

"Do you feel separated from G-d?" Christians believe that we are all separated from G-d and only through faith in J.c can we come closer to Him.

"Have you ever prayed and invited Jesus into your heart to be your Savior? Is there any reason you can think of for not doing it right now?

"Nice little soul you have pity if something were to happen to it." Although no one will ever hear a Christian say this, any time a Christians begins to sound like they are selling something, they probably are. Think of the Missionary as after life insurance salesmen. They are brokers for Christianity and will try to selling you a policy to protect you from the eternal damnation of your soul. Don't buy it!
