Despite our size Austin has
much to offer residents,
students, and visitors requiring
kosher food. Listed below are the
current businesses under the
hashgacha (supervision) of the
Va'ad Hakashrus of Austin. We
also have an old (circa 1997)
pamphlet
offering a simple introduction to
kashrus in general. Please
contact Rabbi Yosef Levertov
should you have any kashrus
questions regarding the
establishments listed herein:

some times Lenders..make your
own decision).
- Cakes and cookies (baked
on the premises) are Kosher
