Deutsches Haus News - October 2002

The remodeling of the garden we talked about in
September is completed.

We also tackled some interior projects. However,
we didn't succeed with all of them the first time.

There are more important things in life than esthetics.
Gutters for example.
Randy was among the brave repair(wo)men (Maintenance-day, Sept. 29)
Lets hope Randy's girl-friend doesn't see this picture.

Let's hope Renato's girl-friend doesn't see that picture.
We also installed some hot-air-exhaust-swirls a while ago.
Makes the attic much cooler. Maybe we should
rent it again like back in the 70s.

Meanwhile down on the ground. Bernard and Leif
are fixing a leak in our sewage water pipe.
Larsson and Randy couldn't get down from their
repair craze and kept dangling and working until
the batteries in their head lamps depleted.

And - tataaa - after only three years of discussion:
We have a new sign indicating name, nature, and
tradition of our establishment.

We strive to present images of current events on this page - ideally every month. If you would like to see a picture from a certain corner of the house, please share your idea with the Webmaster. If you are interested in previous news releases check out our archive.
