A venerable Haus tradition: the Semester Haus Party. This year the Haus voted to "keep it down" and reduce the number of kegs. Still, the house was full and throbbing, upholding Noise Hours until the break of dawn.

One week later, another semestorial tradition continues: clean-up day. Painting, gardening, scrubbing, patching walls/ceilings: our old Haus always needs it all in spades.

The attic was full of ancient mattresses, unusable furniture and other garbage. What's the most time- and effort-efficient way to dispose of all this junk? To throw it off the roof, of course.
Naturally, the day wasn't entirely consumed by hard labor.
Not about to shortchange the day's traditions, we finished off with an evening at Trudy's and then the Showdown (costumes optional).
