About Us

           The University of Texas at Austin is the home of electrochemistry research, housing some of the most qualified leaders of this field.  This Electrochemical Society Student Chapter was formed during the summer of 2007.  Our society provides a forum in which students from different branches of electrochemistry may gather to discuss and exchange ideas about science.

           Meetings are held in which members give seminars on their current research, and distinguished speakers are brought in to give talks about their area of expertise.
