GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

Regular Meetings: Meetings are held at least one a month. Currently, they are held the first Monday of each month, 4:15 PM until adjournment in the Texas Union, 3.116 except as shown below. If the first Monday is a holiday, the meeting will take place the following Monday.

Special Meetings: Prior notice as required by the by-laws. Dates are noted by a star.

Open Meetings: Meetings are open to all graduate students and guests. Only GSA members and alternates (in the absence of the member) may vote.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Regular Meetings: Monday a week before the general membership meeting, 4:15-6:15 PM, in the Texas Union, UNB 4.108, except as noted. (Meetings may be reschduled to avoid conflicts with executive committee members' schedules.)

Special Meetings: As required. We provide at least two days prior notice. Dates are noted by a star.

Open Meetings: Meetings are open to all GSA members and alternates.
