First AMC meeting of the semester!

Time: 8:30-9:00 PM

This year, we have started a new way for members to get involved in HSC, without the full responsibility of being an officer. Since you have a clear view of what you want from HSC, the Active Member Committee is a great way for you to voice your opinion and impact the organization! Also the active member committee is a great way for you to see what it is like being an officer!

The best part about the committee is that you can give back as much or as little as you want. Though we encourage you to get involved in all aspects of HSC, there are no minimums and no requirements to be a part of the Committee. So, you will never feel overwhelmed!

On the Active Member Committee, you can get involved with aspects of HSC such as:

·         Planning and coordinating events (like Navratri and Diwali)

·         Molding General Meetings with thoughts and suggestions

·         Flyering and Tabling with HSC officers

·         Attending various community events

 

We will have meetings once a month, just so all of us can get together and discuss what HSC has planned for coming weeks! Here we will also discuss the best times for all of us to get together for various event tasks, like Prasad packing or making Banners and Posters.

Our Meetings will be from 8:30-9pm (immediately following the General Meeting) in GAR 1.126 (the meeting room).
