About ISPOR The University of Texas was the first academic institution to form an ISPOR Student Chapter. The Chapter was granted provisional status July 1998. The University of Texas at Austin, College of Pharmacy graduate student, Mohamed A. Omar RPh, initiated the Chapter. Members of UT-ISPOR student chapter come from various backgrounds and professions.
