Wednesday	6:45 pm - 7:45 pm Beginner level	7:45 pm - 8:30 pm Intermediate level
Saturday	10:00 am - 12:00 pm All levels

All practices are held in Gregory Gym, North Aerobics Room.

No special clothing required initially - wear comfortable workout clothes.
