PRACTICES


 Monday  6:30 - 7:30 Beginner level  7:30 - 8:30 Intermediate level
 Wednesday  6:30 - 7:30 Beginner level  7:30 - 8:30 Intermediate level
 Saturday  10:00 - noon All level  

All practices are held in Gregory Gym, North Aerobics Room.

No special clothing required initially - wear comfortable workout clothes.
