The committee will be charged with continuing our new keynote volunteer event. Blessings in a Box, where we have a number of shoeboxes (40 usually) and fill them with donations from local businesses and members, gifts, toys, etc., wrap them and deliver them to an elementary school to give to students who would not get very many gifts during the holiday season. The committee is to get all supplies, organize and collect donations, organize times for filling and wrapping, and organize a time to deliver the boxes to the school. |

This committee is charged with a defining event, our Sports Challenge against another organization. This year, we will be competing against ACKT (Aggie Coaches & Kinesiology Teachers) of Texas A&M University. The committee will be in charge of arranging reservations for the events, refreshments at events, and traveling arrangements for when we go to Bran/College station. This committee is also responsible for making our guests, when we host, comfortable and for selecting team members and equipment to take when we travel. This is the only committee that is year-round, meaning that it will not disband at the end of the Fall Semester. |
