  • Chair Descriptions

    • Please download the appropriate Word document and type your answers in the space provided. After completing the application, please print it out and follow the instructions below. Remember, members can only apply to a maximum of two chair positions.

    Instructions:

    • Email completed applications to respective officer head of the committee (see Chair Descriptions)

    • Turn in completed applications to officers during Officer Office hours or at the end of the meetings
