It's not easy trying to gain some Islamic knowledge as a student, so we're here to help! This semester, we are underway with 2 classes throughout the week (not including our Friday Cookie Halaqaas) for us all to increase ourselves in our Islamic knowledge Insha'Allah.

Where: Both classes are on the 5th floor of the Texas Union

What: Wednesdays: Sahaba Talks, 5:30pm. These will be student-led talks each week on a certain sahabi/sahabiya (companions of the Prophet (pbuh) ) These talks last about 30 minutes.

Thursdays: Tafsir class, 7:00pm. These are led by NAMCC's Sheikh Umer. These classes are loaded with benefit as we progress through the understanding of the Quran, starting from the shortest Surahs (chapters). This class lasts about an hour.

New Education Opportunities!
