In charge of all programs that RAA sponsors and creates
- Coordinates with outside organizations and other RAs to ensure that programs are accomplished after the Senate votes on a sponsorship
In charge of creating the RAA sponsorship form
Work with the Financial Director to create the RAA financial co-sponsorship form
Oversee the progress of internal and external programs and ensure that they are successful
Work with the Financial Director on allocation of funds for Internal programs and External financial program co-sponsorships
Ensures rooms and banner spaces are reserved and that flyers are distributed as needed for the program
Helps generate marketing material, including, but definitely not limited to, flyers and banners, which will be used when necessary for any RAA events, and possibly any other big programs put on by RAs

Works with DHFS and the University of Texas at Austin to change policies to better RA life.
Reviews and provides recommendations for changes to policy
Handles complaints regarding the RA position
Investigates opportunities for the betterment of the RA position
Serves as a resource to RAs on all matters related to the RA position

Works to better RA life in areas where policy is not the concern
In charge of addressing issues with DHFS buildings
Address any issues that relate to the infrastructure and beautification of the residence halls
Shall assist the Vice President – External should the need arise for interaction between organizations
