FAQ's

Do I have to be good to join the racquetball club? Not at all. Many of our players are beginners or started out as beginners. There are players that range from barely hitting the ball to the very serious tournament player.

Do I need a lot of equipment? Nope. You don't even really need a racquet; you can get those at the front desk, however many of our players do bring their own. You do have to have non-marking shoes to be on the courts though and eyeguards are recommended.

Is there anyone there who can help me improve? Most definitely. There will be a coach there on club nights to help you out with any questions you might have and we will also have clinics throughout the semester.

Do you have competitive team? Yes. Our team consists of the top six men and women that will go on to compete at National Intercollegiates. To be eligible for the team you must be a full time student and must help out and do your share in helping with club business and our fundraiser tournament, The Longhorn Open.

How do I join? Come on by on club night and talk to one of our representatives and we'll get you set up.
