Schedule
Once
you're in Austin:
It's very easy to travel around Austin on the Cap
Metro bus system. The 1L/1M
bus route runs north-south through Austin and makes stops approximately
every two blocks. This is the most convenient method for traveling from
the university area to the shops, restaurants, music venues, and bars
downtown. The
Dillos (red, blue, orange, gold, silver) are free busses that run
from campus to downtown, but they stop less frequently. Most city busses
stop running at around 11:00pm.
