Friday, December 5th, 4-6PM FUNDAY! Come take a break from school and studying at SURGe's annual Funday! All SURGe members are welcome to attend. There will be free food, games, and karaoke. To attend, just show up at the Union Eastwoods Room (UNB 2.102) anytime between 4-6PM
Saturday, December 13th, 6:30PM Trail of Lights 5K This event is organized by the Parks and Recreation Department to help maintain Austin's parks. The Course runs through Zilker Park and the awesome Trail of Lights, with more than 180,000 lights. The entry fee will include a "Trail of Lights 5K" long sleeve t-shirt. Registration begins late November. Volunteering opportunities are also available for the event. Sign up for the event here. Email Krystal at krystalogle@mail.utexas.edu once you sign up.
Mondays and Wednesdays Research Information Sessions Undergraduate Research Information Sessions will now be held Mondays at 4:00 PM in W.C. Hogg (WCH) 1.108, and on Wednesdays at 4:00 PM in WCH 1.110. These sessions offer a thorough introduction to getting involved in research.
