Our main philanthropy is Heart House of Austin, but we are also dedicated to serving the Austin community through an array of service projects for various groups. We strive to promote and maintain involvement through service. With our commitment, actives are required to serve a designated amount of service per semester, but most members go above and beyond their call to duty. Members serve the community on their own and with the organization. In addition to our own service projects, we join other organizations to support their philanthropies as well.

- Mentoring at The BeHive
- Official UT sponsor of 2011 Austin Gorilla Run
- Hosting our annual philanthropy event "Dream Date"
- Serving breakfast at Feed My People
- Assisting with Easter Seals Fall Festival
- Participating in City Wide Hold-Up
- Supporting Race for the Cure
