The Journal welcomes students from the University of Texas School of Law and the University of Texas Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ) School of Public Affairs.

Members are required to write a note of publishable quality or to complete a special project.  Members must participate in book pulls and bluebook cite checks in preparation for publishing submitted manuscripts or articles.  Further, members are expected and must perform one (1) office hour per week in the journal office and twenty (20) hours of administrative duty per semester.  Annual dues are $40.00.

Members are also encouraged to: implement projects and events of their own design, take on leadership roles, and utilize the journal as a vehicle to enrich their academic experience at UT Law.
