Article and Manuscript Submissions

The Journal accepts written submissions on a rolling basis for our Spring (May) and Fall (December) publications.  Policy articles are asked to follow the latest edition of the Chicago Manual of Style.  Legal articles should also conform to the latest edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation and, where applicable, the Texas Rules of Form.  For consideration, please submit one double spaced copy of your article or manuscript on letter size paper and one copy on diskette.  The Journal uses both Word and WordPerfect software.  Regrettably, diskettes and other materials submitted for consideration cannot be returned.
