"Reach For the Stars"

     The needs of the Tri-Delta House at the University of Texas are continually changing. While the house has always been kept attractive and comfortable, life-safety, structural and modern living styles now need to be addressed. City, campus, and national Delta Delta Delta regulations need to be met. Building standards and safety requirements apply to all areas of the house: kitchen, chapter room, sleeping rooms, dining room, study, and living space; even parking areas. Living space and storage need updating and enlarging. A quiet and well-equipped study room with good lighting must be provided. A Tri-Delta's "home away from home" should be gracious and the keystone of her university. It is with this in mind that we are "reaching for the stars".
