A new chapter room with seating for 250 and multipurpose uses: meeting, seminar, and speakers' venue, will contain multi-media equipment for presentations and training, and an "out of sight" serving area for hospitality

Converting the current chater room into a new "Learning Center" will, at long last, give Theta Zetas an accessible and fine study facility. It will be well lighted, have computer cubicles, and project areas.

A second and larger downstairs powder room will accomodate the many guests during Parents' Weekend, Football Fiesta, and Rush Week.
