Texas Crew at ACRA: May 22-24 Texas Crew raced in the American Collegiate Rowing Association's national championship. Three crews advanced to the grand finals and the Men's Novice Lightweight 4 took home second place. For official results, click here.
Texas Crew raced Texas A&M: on Saturday, April 25th in order to encourage and improve collegiate rowing in the state of Texas, Texas Crew and Texas A&M raced for shirts. The hope is that this becomes a yearly event. This year, Texas Crew won all the races. Until next year Aggies!
Texas Crew at SIRAs: On April 18-19, 2009 Texas Crew raced in Oak Ridge, Tenn. entering 7 boats. The Varisty Men raced their top 8+ and placed 12th. The Varsity Women placed 11th with their top 8+. The Novice Men raced an 8+ (10th place). The Novice Women had a great showing this weekend and placed 4th in the Grand Finals! For the official results and times, click here.
Texas Crew at the San Diego Crew Classic: On April 4, 2009 the Varisty Men's top 8 raced in the San Diego Crew Classic. They placed 3rd in their heat, and advanced to the Petite final placing 5th. Overall it was a great experience to have our men represnting Texas Crew on the West Coast. To see the official results, click here.
