OTM Nominations

  1. Go to http://nrhh.org/
  2. If you have an account already, proceed to step 3, otherwise select "create account" on the left.
    1. Select "University of Texas" from the drop down menu.
    2. Fill out your current residence hall, name, email, etc to create your account.
    3. Allow about a day for your account to be created.
  3. Log in with your username and password.
  4. When submitting an OTM, choose one of the blue buttons at the top - either "Submit General" or "Submit Program."
    1. "Submit General" - this is used to recognize a group or individual, and in the drop down menu you can select from the following:
      • Advisor - a URHA or RHC advisor
      • Community - a group of people that permanently works or lives together (a floor, hall, building staff, RHC, RA staff, etc.)
      • Executive Board Member - a URHA or NRHH Executive Board Member
      • National Communications Coordinator
      • Organization - a group like a student organization
      • Resident Assistant - any RA on campus
      • Spotlight - You can nominate anyone or anything that doesn't fit into any of the other categories for this award. This could be custodial staff, clerical assistants, DHFS employees, etc.
      • Student - for any student at the University of Texas at Austin (except RAs, URHA or NRHH Exec Board Members, or Advisors)
    2. "Submit Program" - This is used to recognize an event or program, with the following categories:
      • Community Service Program - program that focus on doing something good for the community (Habitat for Humanity project or canned food drives)
      • Educational Program - programs that focus on educating people about an issue (sexual assault awareness or study habits)
      • Diversity Program - programs that encourage awareness of different cultures, backgrounds, and ideologies (World Religions Panel, Black History Month)
      • Social Program - programs that focus on social interaction (examples: casino nights or pizza parties)
    3. After you've selected the category, simply fill out the required fields, click submit, and you're done!
