1) Squash is a physical activity and may result in injuries. The squash club is not responsible for any injury sustained while playing squash under the club or otherwise.

2) Membership can be obtained by paying the non-refundable membership fee.

3) Membership is a privilege. Please be courteous to other members and follow the rules of the game. The squash club reserves the right to revoke membership privileges of individuals not following the rules or playing in a manner that may cause harm to other members.

4) Activities that are deemed unsportsmanlike (such as throwing your racquet about on court) can result in penalties that may range from temporary suspension of membership to permanently being disbarred from participating in squash club activities.

5) Non-marking indoor court shoes must be worn while on the club at all times. No exceptions will be made.

6) The squash club does not endorse any particular brand of equipment to be used on court.

7) The Squash Club does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, personal appearance, age, national origin, political affiliation, physical or mental disability.
